What is ethnographic research and how does it tie into CDI?
Ethnography, grounded in Anthropology, is the study of human cultures. Ethnographic
research is the study of people in the context of their environments. We use
ethnographic research strategies to learn users' motivators and needs, which
enable us to more accurately design tactical and strategic solutions for our
clients.
